One of the most affordable wet cleaning robots: iLife V55 Pro

A robot vacuum cleaner is not a luxury. We found a good inexpensive model.
Robot vacuum cleaners have ceased to be exotic, and the price is equal to some not quite ordinary vacuum cleaners. And although the iLife V55 Pro cannot be called a budget model at all, it is inexpensive for its capabilities.
Appearance
Like most robotic vacuum cleaners, the iLife V55 Pro has a round shape (flattened cylinder) with a diameter of 35 cm. The height of the vacuum cleaner is 9.2 cm.
The rotating brushes protrude just enough to sweep dust from the corners of the room.

Suction in the iLife V55 Pro takes place without the use of an additional turbo brush, which eliminates tangling of hair and any threads.
The wheels of the robot allow you to drive on carpets up to 1.3 cm thick, however, the carpet itself must be large enough so that it does not move. For example, there may be a problem with small children's rugs - the vacuum cleaner crushes them and cannot drive onto them. However, I would not attribute this to the disadvantages - it is difficult to find such a robot vacuum cleaner that will cope in this situation. The passability of the V55 Pro is above average anyway.
Access to the dust container is from the top - it's convenient. We press on the lid, it rises - and we take out the dust collector.
In the front of the robot, there are touch buttons and a simple LED display.
Below, under the "rag", there is a container for water (the robot can do wet cleaning!). To access it, you need to turn the vacuum cleaner over.
The kit even comes with a remote control, a base, a charger, two replaceable brushes with antennae, a replaceable filter, a filter brush, a “rag” for wet cleaning, and a virtual wall. Batteries are also supplied for the console and wall.
On the body of the vacuum cleaner, you can find the ON / OFF button (completely turns off the device) and the power connector - if necessary, you can charge the vacuum cleaner without the participation of the base.
Capabilities
In terms of the set of capabilities, iLife V55 Pro belongs to the most functional robotic vacuum cleaners, especially since it can do wet cleaning.
First of all, the included virtual wall will help to protect part of the room if you do not want the robot to enter it. Useful for studio apartments - for example, you cook in the kitchen area, and the robot is turned on to clean the living area. To prevent the robot from interfering with you, it is enough to put a virtual wall on an imaginary line dividing the zones.
The remote control allows you to control the robot, including directly - using the arrows. Most of the time I just pressed the "clean" button (its icon is similar to the "play / pause", like the players).
The robot has several movement patterns. Standard (default) - a chaotic pattern typical for similar robots, when the vacuum cleaner moves approximately like a ball in the Arkanoid game, as if pushing off the walls. To clarify - yes, the robot just touches the walls, and even hits them slightly, but does not crash at full speed, but slows down in advance. So, the V55 Pro is unlikely to break, wrinkle or scratch something. In any case, I have not had such cases.
With this movement, the robot covers the entire surface of the floor of the room, moreover, several times.
The second pattern is zigzags. Here, too, the robot covers the entire room, but once. If there are chairs and other furniture in the room (in general, if it is not an empty rectangular room), I would not recommend using this scheme.
