WHY 90% OF TRADERS LOSE MONEY

Why forex traders lose their money | Reviews Johannes Röll Visitors: 410 ★★★★

"95% of all traders fail."

At least, these statistics are most often cited on the Internet. However, it is this figure that has not been scientifically proven. Research shows that the actual loss rate is even higher. Having analyzed the data of brokers' work and their trading, we have made a selection of basic patterns for you.

The most dangerous thing is that people sincerely believe in it. But as practice shows, the market quickly puts everything in its place.

The second group is those who have already built either their own business or organized work in their company based on the principle of rationality, efficiency and logic. Having come to the financial markets, such people think that everything is exactly the same as in business. Many of them have built not a single successful business project. We have earned a lot of money on this and are ready to conquer new horizons. Most of their businesses are on autopilot and do not require constant monitoring.

These people are like Alexander the Great, who went further and further to the east, seizing more and more territories, leaving my garrisons in the rear. Having come to the financial markets, they think that they will quickly master this business project, they will appoint their managers who will trade for them and earn money for them, and they themselves will move on. But as happens with almost everyone, all their logic and rational thinking is shattered by the chaos of market processes.

The market begins to subtly play on the strings of the human soul. First, it makes you smell fast and big money, then a feeling of greed, fear, anxiety and finally a feeling of despair. At this moment, they begin to understand that in this business they have to fight not with their subordinates and contractors, but with themselves. Here they begin to know themselves. And the once very clever and successful businessman turns into a puppet of the financial market. The market takes all the power over a person. It makes you act irrational and reckless! In this state, the trader starts to lose money. All this lasts until the moment when he begins to realize his complete powerlessness in front of the market. More often than not, this moment of awareness is the last straw of the cup of suffering losses. Further, this presumptuous person closes a brokerage account and no longer wants to hear anything about the market.
